FENNEC FOXES HEALTH GUARANTEE
All Fennec Kits purchased from us have a 6 months of health guarantee. Within 5 days of shipping your Fennec Fox, we require you to take the kit to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the VET finds out within 6 months of purchasing the fox is sick of an illness that has been contracted before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately.

Our Fennec kits are 100% safe, secure and guaranteed to be in good health. Free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride to say that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a Fennec Kit from us.
As a family of breeders and experienced Fennec fox counselors, we would wish to believe that nothing can ever go wrong with our kits. However, some things are not always in our control because a pets health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care.
Offer you another fox??
We don’t believe your Fennec Fox is replaceable due to emotional attachments. Apart from we do believe that sometimes the pains of losing a kit can be lower when we can offer you another kitten of equal value.
In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date. On the other hand, if the Fennec Kit is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) that adversely affect the health of the Fennec Fox.
We’ll replace it with another Kit of equivalent value at no cost to you. The death reason mentioned by a certified VET technician also email us a copy of this health report.
What we'd like from you
Nothing makes us happier than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies. We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your Fennec Fox remains healthy. Here are a couple of measures that will help: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your Fennec Kit by a licensed VET.
Your Fennec Fox comes with age-appropriate vacinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the kitten again. We do de-worm & vaccinate your Foxes before shipping them to you, so we expect you to continue the proper de-worming & conducting regular health examinations up to 16 weeks of age or more so as to keep your kitten healthy and aware (as recommended by your VET).
Exceptions to our Guarantee
Failure to provide your Fennec Fox with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. This health guarantee doesn’t cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended tests.
We require all our kits to undergo a thorough checkup before they delivered to you. A checkup takes by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our kittens. This report certifies the health condition of every Fennec fox taken against many factors. Such as Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases.
This health report carried out on the date of shipping. Our certified veterinarian reviewed this report. And if there are any serious issues with the fox then he/she will never be delivered to you. We also require you to get your fox examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving it. Thanks for your cooperation.
