Payment & shipping policy of Fennecfoxhome is quite simple to comprehend. We have quite a number of top-notch couriers who are partners with us. Therefore they provide our foxes transported to the buyer’s location whenever we need it. Airlines ship all foxes in an approved crate with food and water. They will arrive with their registration, shot record, health guarantee, and a large fennec fox manual and kit taped onto their carrier.
Please note, delivery could take up to 72 hours, that is Three Business days depending on which state you in. We don’t let pet exceed 3 days on movement as we consider their welfare a lot. Reason why the only Ship option we entertain are flights. So we require all our buyers to be patient.
Pet will eventually get to you. With the Covid 19 Pandermic, movement of live product are slower than usual but be rest assured within three days, your new buddy gets to you.
Payment Modes
Given we dealing with an exotic pet, which appears legal to some states and illegal to others, we have different pay modes depending on which state you in. For legal states, we entertain several pay modes including wire transfers, Credit cards, Zelle, and a MoneyGram Transfer.
Legal states includes;
Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio
Non legal state entails some paperwork and permits for ownership especially when using official couriers.
So what we do for illegal state is, We register Delivery as an Animal Transfer Permit from family/relatives or friends from one state to another. That way it is assumed pet ownership already co-existed before movement.
With this system, there will be no need for complications and questioning as it is understood your Fennec Kit is simply moving from one Legal home to another.
We will then attach onto the package manual a document permitting it go through stating it is a transfer between same Friends or Relatives.
With this method, paymet shall be disclosed to you exclusively when you contact us directly.
All of our airline’s ship is safe and secure for the Kits. They offer priority shipping. The Foxes do travel in the cargo area, however, with the same temperature and the same air filtered in as the passengers breathe. Haven transported over 200 Fennec foxes for over 4 years, we barely have any issues getting them to buyers.
Why sent priority??,
So that your fox pet doesn’t have as much “sitting around” time while waiting for processing. Before and after flights pets are immediately taken to the plane. They are hand-delivered to each counter. Our veterinarian does not recommend sedating foxes before traveling.
Most families report that the Fennec Fox was made available to them between 25 to 40 minutes from the time the plane arrived.
When your fox arrives, he/she may be picked up in the cargo pickup area or behind the counter of the ticket desk. The airlines do require some form of identification before they will release the Kit to the new owner. After you pick up your new pet and have returned home, we would ask that you call us to let us know how the Fox is doing.
Included with the shipment of each fox is;
- It’s certified health certificate, vaccination and worming record registration.
- Foxes food, chew toy.
- One year Health Guarantee.
- A Pet carrier with food and water dish. (Pet Carrier is only included when shipping by air)
- A customized manual book on Particular Foxes Likes, dislikes, hobbies, Diets and many details to get new owner more accustomed to Kit.
For International Shipment
For those wanting to adopt out of States, Before showing interest or placing order, please let us know the closest and most reliable delivery agency at your availability. Shipment time applies same. Maximum of 3 business days. For international buyers, we will send some extra food content as well as a bigger kit considering the fact you seem further than those in states. Nevertheless the love for the Kits can’t be defined by barriers.
